We offer free shipping on domestic orders within 48 contiguous United States. At this time we’re unable to offer free shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes or any FPO/APO addresses.

All International shipping for orders below $300 is a one fee of $35 USD
All Orders arrive within 3-5 business days!
Upon arrival, International Orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country’s customs department. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be covered by the recipient(s). OLETTE is not responsible for any transit or customs delays.
Olette is not responsible for any lost or delayed packages once they are sent out. Orders are processed based on credit card verification and item availability, the Olette team will touch base via email if there are any issues with your order.
To return or exchange an item purchased on www.olette.co, please send us a request for a return authorization within 15 days of delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval. Once our quality control team has approved the returned stock, your refund will be credited directly back to the original form of payment used. Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days from when your return is received or sooner. To request return or exchange please email us at email@example.com.
Merchandise must be in new & unused condition, with its original tags and packaging. We won't accept items that have been worn or used. For a full refund, please return all additional gifts included with your purchase including dust bags and/or tote bags. If gifts are unreturned, we will deduct the cost of these items from your refund.
Please note that initial shipping charges cannot be refunded and that Olette reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements.
All unworn, unused merchandise at www.olette.co accompanied by the original purchase receipt can be exchanged by the same style in a different size or color depending on stock availability. For a different style, please return the original merchandise and place a new order separately. Exchange items are shipped free of charge on both domestic and international orders.
We do not provide shipping labels for international returns or exchanges returning back to Olette. International customers interested in a return for a refund or exchange must cover return shipping costs. If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately at email@example.com.

If you would like to make any changes to your order or cancel your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, please note that if your item has shipped we will not be able to cancel your order.
